These services are included as standard with any website we build.

Basic Services

On-Site

  • Responsive, mobile-ready template with customized logo, graphics and color scheme.
  • Multimedia options include: videos/video player, audio files/audio file player, photo galleries, PDF file downloads and embeddable HTML widgets (such as Twitter feed).
  • Basic form options include: contact forms, RSVP, online survey and request for information.

Hosting & Support

  • Monthly hosting and updating - 5 single updates on a monthly basis. Large-scale updates, such as inventory updates, will be priced and quoted on an individual basis.
  • Technical support via phone or email available with a turnaround time of up to 2 days during business hours.
  • Monthly website statistics reporting from Google Analytics that include number of page views, unique visitors, pages per visit, bounce rate and time on website. Available upon request.
  • Read-only access of analytics to customers or reps available by request.

Behind the Scenes

  • Registration of website with Google and Bing - you may opt out if you wish to control your own business listings. This feature is not included with Landing Pages.
  • On-page search engine optimization as well as behind the scenes SEO practices for easier indexing (Page titles, meta-tags, meta-descriptions, image alt-tags and keyword-based content).

Please note, inventory / Ecommerce products and Real Estate listings pages are quoted separately below. These would be main pages such as Home, About, Specials, Contact, etc.
Costs paid to Amplified for programming:
  • IDX integration & styling: $1400.00 (0-10 agents included).
Costs paid to IDX vendor directly, not Amplified:
  • $99.95 Setup
  • $59.95 Monthly

Please note, these costs are a combination of Amplified Programming fees and vendor fees. We use a vendor to work with the MLS to acquire the feed and provide the interface. We require a conversation with the customer in order to officially quote Ecommerce, due to the intricacy with different features and functionality needed.

Please use the 5-10 page cost as a basis. This cost is an Add-on to that base cost.

This includes webinar training for updates, blog management & inventory management with the customer.
Documentation will also be provided on what was covered on the webinar.
